products with proprietary formulations of silicone,
acrylic, or rubber-based adhesive systems. DeWAL uses
many substrates for our tape products some include PTFE,
UHMW-PE, Polyimide, Glass Fiber Fabric, Teflon® FEP,
Polyester to name a few.

Circuit board masking film and tapes from DeWAL are
manufactured to fine tolerances to ensure low rejection
rates.
DeWAL manufactures an extensive line of process aide
materials used in circuit board processing including:

pressure sensitive tapes by DeWAL each are used as high
tolerance masking materials during soldering operations.
These substrates provide excellent dielectric strength,
reliable dimensional and thermal stability along with

Gas Exploration/Production
DeWAL submersible pump tapes provide the temperature and
chemical resistance that is needed in “down-hole” environments.
PTFE, FEP and glass cloth tapes are the products of choice for
splicing submersible pump power cables.
The FEP film is optically clear and offers excellent electrical
properties and chemical resistance.

Thermal
Spray Masking
DeWAL Industries is the industry leader in the manufacture of
the highest quality Thermal Spray, Plasma Spray and HVOF tapes
used in the market today. Through years of development
we have continued to expand our product line to
incorporate glass fabric, silicone rubber metal foils
and composite tape laminates to satisfy the demanding
requirements of metal or ceramic plasma spraying. Our
tapes are also used in grit blasting applications to
reduce damage from overspray. DeWAL Thermal Spray tapes
consist of a broad family of products from single ply to
double ply.

Automotive Squeak and Rattle
DeWAL noise reduction
tapes are manufactured from UHMW-PE or ultra high molecular weight
polyethylene.
The main feature of this product is its ability
to reduce noise within the automobile. In vehicles where
materials rub against each other during travel or movement the
driver can hear
a “squeak or rattle” especially in areas of the dashboard.
