Low Friction Wear Reduction Coatings and Tapes

For more than 30 years DeWAL has worked alongside engineers like you to develop specialized, high performance PTFE Coatings for Bearing surfaces.

Dynaglide® is part of a series of specially formulated PTFE friction and wear reducing coating material for industry's most demanding applications.

These high performance tapes are used to Lower Friction and Reduce Wear. They are based on PTFE and UHMW-PE bearing and seal compounds.

Available in;

• Tape roll form, skived to precise thickness and slit to exact width

• Custom components including washers, rings, u-cups and other die
  stamped shapes are available for your specific needs.

Your material choice can be treated for bonding and supplied with pressure sensitive adhesive if required.

Drawing upon extensive knowledge and experience in polymer compounding and processing, DeWAL has combined the low-friction and chemical resistant qualities of high performance polymers with the strength and durability of carefully selected fortifying additives to create the Dynaglide® 600 Series.

Each of the products in the series provide clean, quiet, lubrication and maintenance-free operation where heat, chemicals, and traditional lubricants will cause untimely product failures.

Dynaglide® 600 materials are designed to be compatible in static or dynamic use with a broad range of mating surface hardness.
