D/W 102

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
D/W 102 is a skived PTFE film compounded with carbon to produce a conductive film. D/W 102 film can be surface treated to enhance bonding to other substrates.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
D/W 102 is a static dissipative conductive film. Video Cassettes ofte employ D/W 102 film as a spacer to help reduce friction as well as static dissipation. Convoluted PTFE hose often requires a layer of D/W 102 to help provide a static drain for charges built up when certian liquids flow through the hose. As a result the D/W 102 film prevents arcing within the hose as the PTFE wall degrades.
