PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
These products are pressure sensitive tapes using a Skived and Tensilized
PTFE film that is coated with a "high temperature" acrylic
adhesive. The tensilized film provides higher tensile strength, lower
elongation and higher dielectric strength than a regular skived film.
APPLICATION
INFORMATION
Thes tapes are used primarily in electrical applications such as coil
wraps and separators, transformers, slot liners and harness wrapping
where good insulation and heat resistance are needed. The Acrylic PTFE
tapes also find applications in composite bonding shops where "silicone
adhesive tapes" are not permitted. This product can be used in
place of 63, hm430, 2283-2, and p430.
