D/W 402BNC

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
D/W 402BNC Film is skived from UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) that has been compounded with a small amount of carbon to render it black. The carbon type and level render the material black but nonconductive. The carbon also provides UV resistance.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
D/W 402BNC is used as a wear surface where high abrasion resistance is require, such as the outer covering on hoses for severe service applications. It is also used as a anti-squeak tape for automotive and other mechanical applications.
