DeWAL has developed a range of Adhesive Tapes for the thermal
spray industry which is probably the most extensive available
anywhere in the world. These Tapes includes products specially
designed to perform in very specific ways for particular applications,
ranging from Standard Metal or Ceramic Plasma Spraying processes,
to such demanding applications as HVOF and Grit Blasting.
DeWAL
Tapes exhibit excellent thermal and abrasion resistance while
protecting adjacent surfaces from the spray. Our tapes are designed
in order that they will not lift off or fray and will release
easily without leaving adhesive residue. Most DeWAL Tapes are
supplied with a pressure sensitive silicone adhesive, which performs
well in temperatures up to 260°C. Acrylic adhesive is available
for particular applications.
