Through
years of technology and development DeWAL produces a family of High
Tech films to meet the most demanding application. These materials include;
unsintered PTFE, Expanded PTFE (Poro-Tex), Porous UHMW-PE (Uni-Pore),
Bearing grade filled PTFE (Dynaglide ), Capliner materials and Laminate
Technology.
Through
a proprietary process, DeWAL produces thin porous films of ultrahighmolecularweight
polyethelene (UHMW-PE). These Uni-Pore films have uniform pore sizes
in all three axes. |

porolated and laminated to a fully faced expanded PTFE porous membrane.
- Sure-2-Vent®
is a high-performance venting liner manufactured by DeWAL Industries
using its own Poro-Tex® (expanded Teflon) membrane. This allows
positive or negative pressure of closed containers to equalize without
leaking their aqueous liquid. This product works on all conventional
containers, and even multi-chambered bottles.
